I suspect “wait” isn’t quite the right word. The befores wait. Waiting requires awareness. The afters follow.
The afters are better defined by arriving after others more than after validation. The “proof” is social proof not scientific proof. They move with the group first.
Everyone wants to be a "beforer" but it's actually incredibly rare . . . Like everyone would agree in conversation with the "philosophy" of those who believe before, but few practice it in their life.
