most companies are already behind. not falling behind. already behind.

you can’t just hire a few “ai people” or bolt on a chatbot to your product and think you’re good. that’s like thinking you’ve “done the internet” because you got email in 1998.

being ai-native isn’t about building features for your users. it’s an operating model for how to run your company. it’s how you work, how you think, how you & your company breathe. it’s a re-architecture. a rewiring. a philosophical shift from “how do we scale humans?” to “how do we scale decisions, creativity, & action with machines?”

companies that get this will grow faster with 1/10th the headcount. companies that don’t will be trapped in bloated orgs full of humans doing work that should’ve been automated last quarter.
