so many ppl obsess over conversion rates while their users feel absolutely nothing. crazy.

they usually have cohort retention charts & beautiful onboarding flows & perfectly a/b tested signup buttons. meanwhile the churn rate looks like a hockey stick & they’re wondering why nobody gives a shit about their "10x better" solution.

the uncomfortable truth is people don't switch products because they're rational. they switch because they're emotional.
